KCC E&C concluded a subcontract agreement with LNS Development on May 31 by winning the New Apartment Building Construction Project in Joyang-dong, Sokcho. This construction includes 847 apartment homes and neighborhood living facilities in a 3 underground floor 29 ground floor building on a gross area of 125,454㎡(37,950pyeong). And all the housings are mid-sized under 25 pyeong, which is most preferred by consumers.
Sokcho is a city that has active sales market due to insufficient supply of housing.
In addition, with the increase of expectat ions on the housing market due to increase of purchase right market price and reduction of houses for sale, it is expected to attract the attention of investors and end users in the metropolitan area.
